FITZ & PHYSIO is run by Claire Fitzpatrick who specialises in pelvic health physiotherapy, pilates and sports rehabilitation.

Claire has 17 years of clinical experience having worked for the NHS, Bupa and the APPI, one of the world’s leading Pilates institutions. She is passionate about getting people back to what they love doing, and prides herself in making exercise enjoyable and accessible for all.

During your pregnancy - treatments for pelvic girdle pain, lower back pain, pelvic floor dysfunction and all-important preparation for birth.

After the delivery, book in for a postpartum MOT, which is a physiotherapy assessment of your abdominal muscles, pelvic floor, and postural muscles. It includes a C-section scar assessment or episiotomy scar assessment.

Whether you had your baby six weeks ago or sixteen years ago! A postnatal mot is an ideal way to ensure that there aren’t any long-term health complications following birth.

Specialist Treatments for Pelvic Pain, Gynaecological or Bladder and Bowel issues.

Effective treatments for bladder incontinence, prolapse, sexual dysfunction and pelvic pain.

One in three women suffer from incontinence, and up to 50% of women also have a vaginal prolapse, and many have pain with intimacy.

Specialist physiotherapy can very effectively treat these conditions. It is now known as the “Gold standard” first-line treatment for conditions such as incontinence or prolapse.
