"I love helping new mums feel comfortable and strong in their postpartum bodies. I'm a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, which means I specialise in all clinical conditions connected to the pelvis".
With a robust 17 years of clinical expertise, I have honed my skills in treating conditions that commonly arise during pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause. My professional journey has seen me contribute to the healthcare sector through roles at the NHS, Bupa, and the esteemed APPI, a leading Pilates institution worldwide.
Often people come and see me because something doesn't feel right 'down there'. They have concerns about prolapse, bladder issues, confusion about their core and tummy gap, or they are getting pelvic pain.
Or perhaps you are a new mum and would like to safely regain your strength and fitness. I can help you return to running, CrossFit, the gym, or just enjoying an active mum life without pain, discomfort, or embarrassing symptoms. I believe everyone should be able to appreciate the physical and mental benefits of exercise.
My approach is sensitive and thorough. I am committed to working alongside you, understanding your unique goals, and tailoring a plan to meet them. Our collaborative journey will involve a blend of hands-on treatment, such as manual therapy and massage, and targeted strengthening exercises, like pelvic floor exercises and core strengthening routines.
